Alison has twenty years experience in the field of HR, executive search, assessment and development, consultancy and coaching. She has worked within Central Government and Local Authorities and within the private sector financial services, investment banking and IT.

Some of the organisations she has worked within include OfCom, PostComm, the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Parole Board.

In 2003 Alison set up her own consultancy focusing on organisational change and development. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and is qualified in Occupational and Personality Testing. She has a diploma in Coaching Psychology and an advanced certificate in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
