Following a career as a successful photographer Andy trained in Contemporary Psychotherapy and became registered as a psychotherapist in 2000. He works in private practice in Kent and central London.

MARTIN ELDON Bsc(hons), ADHP(NC), MNCH(Acc), UKCP, MCIPD

Martin's career started in BT where he worked in management training, facilitation, coaching and mediation. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Since leaving BT Martin has provided training for a number of blue chip companies including Reuters, O2 and Smithkline Beecham and within the public sector including the Metropolitan Police.

ALISON PORTER MSc, Bsc, BA, BPS.

Alison has twenty years experience in the field of HR, executive search, assessment and development, consultancy and coaching. She has worked within Central Government and Local Authorities and within the private sector financial services, investment banking and IT.

Brendan has eleven years experience in management consultancy and welfare counselling services within several Government Departments.
